Before you ship anything back to us, please call our customer service department at 561-899-0515 for a return authorization (RA) number. All returns sent back to AmericanTerminals.com without a pre-approved return authorization will be refused. Write your RA number on the outside of your package to speed up your return's processing time.

Our Return Policy
We appreciate your business, and pride ourselves in providing the best quality products and service to our customers.
Shipping fees are only refundable for defective merchandise or merchandise we sent in error returned within 30 days of purchase date.
All returns must be packaged appropriately and insured to avoid damage. We cannot issue credits or refunds on improperly packaged return items which arrive damaged. AmericanTerminals.com will not assume liability for any packages lost in transit that were returned to us or to one of our manufacturer partners with a service that does not provide a tracking number.
Returning Incorrect, Incompatible, or Unexpected Items
If an item you received is incorrect, isn't what you expected, or isn't compatible with your merchant services provider, you may return it providing that:
The item has not been used.
The item is in its original packaging, which must be in new and sellable condition.
All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and instructions are enclosed.
The item was purchased less than 30 days before the return date.
Paper, ribbons, imprinters, sales slips, ink rollers, and merchant plates cannot be returned.
AmericanTerminals.com will not resell products that have been used and returned. We ship our customers new, unused products only. We shipped you a new product and the next customer should expect the same treatment.
If a shipment is refused or marked “return to shipper” by UPS, we will receive the packages back then issue a refund to the customer minus a 10% restocking fee for the items returned. No credit will be issued for shipping costs.
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt and most ship within 24 hours. If you request cancellation of an order before it ships, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover handling and credit card transaction fees. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items returned within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued for items returned after 30 days of purchase.
In the rare case where a product is damaged in transit, AmericanTerminals.com will place a claim on your behalf with UPS. UPS may request to come out and inspect the package, so please keep all packing material and the shipping box. For us to properly process your claim, you must notify us of damaged items within 48 hr of receipt. UPS claims usually take 7-10 days to process.
Our Warranty Policy
In the unlikely event your item becomes defective, please call customer service at 561-899-0515 for a return authorization number.
Unless another warranty is indicated, products sold by AmericanTerminals.com are covered by this Standard Warranty. Merchandise under this Standard Warranty may be returned within one year of the original invoice date for repair or for a replacement of the same item. All returns require a return authorization number. Be sure to keep your invoice for proof of purchase.
90 Day Warranty
Products that state "This item is covered by AmericanTerminals.com's Non-Refundable 90 Day Warranty", or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to AmericnTerminals.com within 90 days of the invoice date for this warranty to apply. Products covered by this warranty may only be returned for a replacement of the same item.
Consumable Items Warranty
Consumable items are items such as Ink Roller Kits and Ribbons, Paper Products, etc that are consumed once they are used. Consumable Items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date if and only if the item is defective.
Opened software can only be returned for replacement, and replacements will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged. Retail boxed software may only be returned for online credit within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days. AmericanTerminals.com is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective.
Additional Warranty Terms
In some instances, you may be required to send the product directly to the manufacturer. Our customer service representatives will clarify this for you when you call.
Shipping charges for items returned under warranty to AmericanTerminals.com are the responsibility of the customer. AmericanTerminals.com will return the item to the customer at our expense via UPS ground if the product is found to be defective.
Please send your item(s) back to us via a service method that provides a tracking number.
AmericanTerminals.com will not assume liability for any packages lost in transit that were returned to us or to one of our manufacturer partners with a service that does not provide a tracking number.
Please make sure that all packages that are being sent have been insured in case of any damage in transit or loss of package by the carrier.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your warranty. Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused service and returned to you at your expense.
Items that have been damaged due to customer abuse, power surge, flooding, etc are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. If you return any physically damaged item to AmericanTerminals.com, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Items returned to AmericanTerminals.com for warranty service and are diagnosed as “No Problem Found” will be charged a $15 diagnostics fee and will be returned to you at your expense.
